Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Austin seeks a Spa Manager who thrives on people leadership, coaching others to succeed, and delivering a fast-paced guest experience in a wellness-focused environment.

You will inspire a team, drive membership and retail growth, manage scheduling, payroll, inventory and reporting, and promote the wellness benefits of massage, facials, and skincare to guests.
