Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Stamford is seeking a motivated, sales-minded Spa Manager to lead our location. This hands-on leader will develop people, build lasting client relationships, and translate ambitious goals into measurable results.

You’ll oversee daily operations and create a positive, high-performing environment for our wellness professionals.

Competenze

• Two or more years of management experience in the spa, salon, retail, fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• A proven ability to coach a team and achieve sales or membership goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; an organized, accountable, and results-oriented approach.
• Genuine enthusiasm for massage, skincare, wellness, and outstanding customer service.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and one weekend day.
