Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking a Spa Coordinator to welcome guests, register arrivals, and ensure accurate guest information. You will schedule spa services, post charges, and assist guests with billing while maintaining a clean, organized work area and providing exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, active listening, and teamwork, with experience in customer service or hotel front desk helpful and a high school diploma or GED. Weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience with the general public.
• Hotel front desk experience is helpful.
• Education as listed in the qualifications (high school diploma or GED).

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests upon arrival at the Spa.
• Schedules spa services on a computerized system.
• Posts guest charges and assists guests with accounts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Attend training and staff meetings and support spa operations.
