Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking a Spa Coordinator to ensure exemplary service for arriving guests and to manage daily spa operations at the Lake House Spa. The role includes greeting guests, registering them, scheduling services, posting charges, and guiding payments while maintaining a welcoming demeanor.

A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience are required; previous hotel front desk experience is helpful. Weekend/holiday flexibility preferred.

• Previous hotel front desk experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests upon arrival at the Spa.
• Ensure accuracy of guest file information.
• Schedule spa services on a computerized spa system.
• Post guest charges and assist in settling accounts.
• Maintain a welcoming presence and effective communication with guests.
• Open and close the spa according to SOPs.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
