Lake Austin Spa Resort, part of EOS Hospitality, is seeking a Spa Coordinator to ensure exemplary guest service from arrival to departure at our Lake House Spa. You will greet guests, verify files, schedule services, post charges, and support a tidy, well-run spa environment.

The role emphasizes effective communication, teamwork, and a professional demeanor to promote guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and people skills.
• Ability to manage payments according to procedures.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to project a positive attitude over the telephone.
• Must be detail-oriented and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests upon arrival at the Spa.
• Ensures accuracy of guest file information.
• Schedules spa services on a computerized spa system.
• Posts guest charges and assists guests with accounts.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Open and close the spa daily per SOP.
• Greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
• Attend training and staff meetings.
