Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking a dedicated room attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms, spa and public areas to the highest standards. You will report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining a positive attitude and a supportive work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include keeping spaces tidy, restocking supplies, maintaining professional guest interactions, and participating in training and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Guest service oriented with the ability to interact professionally and courteously.
• Ability to work without constant direct supervision and stay at post as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support a quality work environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms, spa, and public areas clean and tidy.
• Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms.
• Maintain eye contact and address guests professionally.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns courteously.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and safety hazards to management.
• Attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
• Comply with attendance policy.
• Assist laundry staff and report safety or engineering issues as needed.
