Job summary

Grand View Spa is seeking a Spa Coordinator to ensure guests have an enjoyable and relaxing experience. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, escort guests to treatment areas, and provide information on spa facilities, services, and retail.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, answering inquiries via phone and email, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the Spa team while upholding Pyramid Appearance Standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about the Spa and its features.
• Check in/out guests, schedule appointments, and escort to treatment areas.
• Answer phones and emails per standards of excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely services.
• Assist with retail sales and boutique cleanliness.
• Follow all Spa policies and safety procedures.
