Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, check them in and out for spa appointments, and assist with memberships. You will input and retrieve information in the resort system and handle guest requests with professionalism.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior spa experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out for spa appointments.

• Respond to guest requests or report complaints to management.
• Answer telephone in a professional and clear manner and relay information to guests.
