Qualifications

• Can multi-task and meet deadlines while projecting a resort‑like image both in person and over the phone.
• Able to report to work for scheduled shifts.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, we are a 24/7 business which may require work availability of nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
• Able to communicate in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reception duties to ensure personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Answer calls and questions, coordinate scheduling, and collaborate with team to create positive experiences.
• Maintain front desk operations, answer questions, address complaints, and ensure safety and security.
