Equinox is seeking an energetic, creative Spa Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, greeting guests, orienting them to spa facilities, and providing personal service.

Responsibilities include hiring/coaching staff, outreach marketing for the spa, managing daily operations, inventory, and budgets, giving spa treatments descriptions to guests, promoting services, and ensuring a safe, clean environment with 20 service hours per week.

• Interviewing, hiring and coaching staff members
• Outreach marketing for the spa
• Manage daily operations including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
• Provide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests' questions
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as, programming promotions
• 20 Service Hours per week
• Handle guests' questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area
