Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Spa Receptionist to manage the spa reception and retail area at our Hawaii location. You will greet guests, answer calls, book appointments, check guests in, and process payments while promoting spa services and products.

Strong communication, computer skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. Prior spa or receptionist experience is preferred; this is a full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications and office systems.
• Ability to use personal computers and various software packages.
• Skill in basic math and money handling.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be a team player and positive representative of the spa.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the spa reception and retail area.
• Answer phone calls and book appointments.
• Check guests in/out and process payments for services.
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments and hours of operation.
• Promote spa services, packages, and promotions to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked reception area.
• Assist in all spa operations as needed by management.
