Job summary

Mauna Kea Resort in Hawaii is seeking a Spa Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through departure. You will manage spa check-ins, reservations, and promotions while maintaining facilities and assisting guests.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests with warmth, upselling spa services, handling billing, and keeping spa areas pristine. CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days is required; related hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Must obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• Previous hospitality, spa/wellness, customer service, sales or guest relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with Aloha, providing welcoming, professional service.
• Manage spa reservations and check-ins/outs; upsell services and retail.
• Promote spa services and products based on guest needs and preferences.
• Maintain spa, locker room and relaxation areas in clean, organized condition.
• Process billing, payments and retail transactions accurately.
