AIRE Ancient Baths in Chicago is seeking a Front Desk Attendant/Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome visitors, check in clients for sessions, and set the tone for the guest experience. You will check out clients, engage about their experience, and handle cash with care.

To succeed you should have hospitality experience, a luxury mindset, and strong communication; English and Spanish bilinguals are a plus. Join a welcoming, inclusive team in a historic spa setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct customer service in the hospitality industry.
• Experience in a luxury business and/or spa preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to business needs.
• Organized and capable of following detailed instructions.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome visitors and clients on arrival, setting the tone for the client experience.
• Check in clients for sessions and guide them through the start of their journey.
• Check out clients after sessions and engage about their experience; manage cash handling.
• Have thorough knowledge of the company to answer inquiries coherently.
