Job summary

Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly greet guests and members, handle transactions, and provide information about the spa and its services. You will help maintain a clean, organized front desk and assist with reservations and inquiries to ensure a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to manage multiple duties in a busy spa environment, including standing for extended periods and working nights, weekends or holidays

Qualifications

• High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Previous experience handling money.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• Strong team player.
• Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Availability to stand for long periods of time.
• Stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, and talk.
• Use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
