Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain the spa areas and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining environment where exceptional service is paramount. You will greet guests at check-in, maintain knowledge of treatments and schedules, and assist with amenities to provide convenient, courteous service.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma (or equivalent), CPR training preferred, fluency in English, and a strong commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks guests into the Spa using SOS 5 skills and giving personalized service.
• Maintains accurate knowledge of guests’ treatment and schedules.
• Cleans general Spa areas and refills supplies to ensure a clean, spotless environment and adequate provisions for our guests.
• Assists guests as needed, including delivering amenities and various refreshments to provide convenient, courteous service.
• Educates and assists guests in the use and health benefits of different spa rituals and equipment.
