You will coordinate with Hosts and therapists, schedule with Spa Soft and Micros, assist with retail sales, and maintain daily schedules and reports. Strong English writing and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with schedules, vouchers, and payments.
• Excellent interactive and writing skills for guest communication.
• Capable of following written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to the spa.
• Check guests in using Spotlight; provide personalized service.
• Manage multiple phone lines and assist guests efficiently.
• Coordinate appointments with Hosts, Summit Suites, and spa staff.
• Use Micros and Spa Soft to schedule treatments and process transactions.
• Assist with retail product sales and maintain inventory.
• Prepare daily appointment logs and reports for audit.
