Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Spa Coordinator for Harrah’s Las Vegas to maintain reception and spa areas while delivering exceptional guest service. You will assist with scheduling, answer phones, and support check-in/out processes, ensuring accurate bookings and a friendly experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of reception or spa/customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reception desk/salon or spa experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reception, spa facilities, and retail areas with a positive attitude.
• Assist with scheduling, phones, check-in/out of appointments.
• Schedule appointments accurately in person and by phone.
• Suggest and describe spa services and retail items to clients.
• Maintain stock in reception and back spa areas.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
