You’ll own the guest journey, run our proven sales process, present membership options, handle objections, and hit conversion targets while collaborating with therapists and management to ensure a five-star guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Track record of hitting sales or conversion targets.
• Natural rapport-builder who can read people.
• Process-driven mindset with scripts and systems.
• Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Reliable and organized with front desk and sales pipeline responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the guest journey from check-in to close, greeting guests warmly within the first 60 seconds.
• Run our proven sales process with intake questions, value bridges, and handling objections.
• Present membership options clearly and tailor offers to guest needs.
• Handle objections with empathy to convert interest into membership.
• Hit and track daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
• Follow up with prospective members who didn’t convert on first visit.
• Collaborate with therapists and management to ensure a five-star guest experience.
