Massage Heights is seeking a store leader to coach Consultants, drive membership sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide team development, set Retreat goals, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a guest-focused culture.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and performance. Competitive hourly pay with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or membership-based sales experience.
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution with employees.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Basic business math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Consultants to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet sales goals
• Collaborate to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals
• Provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and recognition that drives individual and team performance
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Support inventory management, reporting, and operational compliance
