Massage Heights Decatur is seeking a Spa Sales / Studio Sales leader to run a membership-based wellness retreat with discipline, precision, and growth focus. You will lead a team, train front desk staff and therapists, and drive a structured sales process to hit KPIs.

Qualificações

• 1–5 years of sales leadership experience in membership-based, KPI-driven environments.
• Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales quotas and managing operational budgets.
• Strong coaching instincts with the ability to hold a team to high standards under high volume.
• Self-starter mentality with the ambition to grow into higher organizational leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Scale a membership-based wellness business by executing a disciplined sales process.
• Lead, coach, and run daily operations to hit key benchmarks.
• Drive the 25% Conversion Blueprint to turn prospects into members.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach frontline staff including therapists and front desk.
• Manage labor efficiency and KPI tracking with POS and tools.
