Job summary

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a Spa Group Coordinator to lead our Front Desk Team, manage spa reservations, and guide guests to their perfect treatments. You’ll curate product displays and train new Spa Attendants, bringing thoughtful service and spa knowledge to every guest interaction.

This role emphasizes organized operations, excellent communication with departments, data entry in the Millennium system, and supporting inventory and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments; independently prioritize tasks and support spa operations.
• Serve as Millennium system specialist, assisting with staff training and ensuring proper data entry procedures.
• Support management with monthly inventory, sales tracking, and maintaining standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reservation management from call to confirmation.
• Ensure guest happiness and resolve concerns with care.
• Maintain organized front desk and inventory, keeping everything in order.
• Share spa knowledge and recommend services to guests.
