• Role Description The Spa Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Barbara, CA, responsible for overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role manages spa staff scheduling, service delivery, and treatment room readiness, maintaining a calm and inviting environment at all times. The Spa Manager supervises guest bookings, driving retail sales, coordinates with the front desk and other resort departments, and addresses guest needs and feedback promptly and professionally. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory and supplies, implementing spa policies and procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves overseeing basic budgeting activities, supporting revenue goals, and collaborating with leadership to develop new spa offerings and promotions that align with the resort’s luxury brand.
