Job summary

The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, part of Auberge Collection in Los Olivos, CA, seeks a Spa Coordinator to greet guests, schedule appointments, and explain spa services. Responsibilities

• Maintain reception and retail areas, keeping spa clean between appointments.
• Book all spa appointments accurately.
• Greet guests and escort to treatment areas.
• Support spa incentives and guest requests to departments.
• Handle guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with Spa Director and other staff.
