Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high‑impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business, delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales, revenue and profitability. This people‑first, servant leader will own spa performance, develop a strong culture, and ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints while managing KPIs and P&L stewardship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Spa operations and overall performance.
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability.
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset.
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints.
• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance.
• Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
