Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead both the team and the business. You will own spa performance, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability.

This role rewards a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, recruit and develop staff, and ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen.
• Strong experience working with KPIs is required.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays).
