Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi, is seeking a Spa Receptionist to be the first friendly face guests meet. You’ll handle check-ins, bookings, and retail inquiries while delivering warm, professional service that creates memorable WOW moments.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with spa and salon appointments, managing the front desk, handling cash, and promoting services and products with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
• Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients.
• Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
