Job summary

IP Casino Resort Spa - Biloxi is seeking a Spa Concierge to support front desk operations and guest experiences. You will answer phones, book appointments, check guests in/out, and communicate spa services details with a focus on up-selling and high service standards.

Role requires strong organization, 40 wpm typing, and excellent English communication. Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 20 lbs is expected. Flexible schedule including holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to work in a fast-paced spa environment.
• Two years of college or equivalent experience; one+ year spa/salon experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor and high organization level.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute; good English proficiency.
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends; team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfort with standing up to 10 hours and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, book appointments, and check guests in/out; complete shift reports.
• Provide detailed knowledge of spa treatments and products to guests.
• Inform guests of services and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist guests with retail selections and educate on product use.
• Ensure accurate POS with all tickets and manage reservations.
• Monitor front desk, retail and locker areas for neatness and stock.
• Participate in meetings and relay information to spa management.
• Occasionally train new associates; follow policies and complete tasks promptly.
