Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Newtown Square, PA is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training to lead the front desk team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role develops into a leadership path within our fast-paced, service-driven organization.

The GMIT will own daily front desk operations, coach staff on membership conversions, and partner with the spa leadership team to ensure operational excellence while maintaining a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals
• Lead the Front Desk: Own daily front desk operations and guest flow
• Support the Spa Leadership Team: Train, onboard, and develop front desk staff
• Ensure consistent execution of client interactions and reporting
