Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – ANNAPOLIS is seeking a high-energy General Manager in Training (GMIT) to lead the front desk, drive sales, and develop a strong guest experience at our Annapolis location.

You will coach the front desk team, manage daily operations, and partner with spa leadership to advance promotion of memberships, services, and products. This role offers a clear path for promotion and rewards performance with hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Background in sales or performance-driven environments.
• Ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accountability and solutions mindset.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Experience with Zenoti or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals for memberships, retail, and services.
