Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – PALMETTO BAY is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training to lead the front desk, drive membership and service sales, and develop a strong guest experience. As a GMIT, you will own daily front desk operations, coach the team, and support the spa leadership while promotion opportunities are based on performance and readiness.

Qualifications

1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and overall performance.
Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
Drive accountability around membership conversion, booking efficiency, and guest experience.
Ensure a high standard of execution across client interactions.
Assist the General Manager with daily operational execution and training.
Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
