Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – CONCORD (8915 Christenbury Pkwy, Concord, NC 28027) is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training to lead the front desk team, drive membership, retail, and service sales, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a GMIT you will own daily front desk operations, coach staff, and support the spa leadership team, with promotion from within based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals across memberships, retail, gifts, and services.
• Coach team on conversion and booking performance.
• Promote services, upgrades, and offers consistently.
• Manage front desk operations and guest flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop front desk staff.
• Support daily operational execution and reporting.
