Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – TIMONIUM (2157 York Rd Suite C, Timonium, MD 21093) is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager in Training to lead our front desk team and drive service and membership sales in a fast-paced environment.

As a GMIT, you will own daily front desk operations, coach staff, and support the spa leadership team while focusing on guest experience, conversion, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Sales, customer service, or performance-driven background.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across memberships, retail, gift cards, and services.
• Own daily front desk operations, guest flow and performance.
• Lead, coach and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Train, onboard and develop front desk staff.
• Support reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems.
