Job summary

World Equestrian Center Ocala is seeking a Spa Front Desk Associate to greet guests, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage check-in/out at the spa front desk.

You will upsell services and retail, relay product benefits, provide tours of the spa, maintain a clean facility, and handle cash procedures with accuracy. A minimum of one year in customer service and solid English communication are required, with weekend/evening/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments, greet guests, and check in/out at the spa.
• Ensure pre-selling, up-selling and cross-selling of services and retail products.
• Relay spa benefits to guests and assist with closing retail sales.
• Provide spa tours and serve beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa, locker room, and front desk.
• Escort guests to locker room/relaxation areas and explain services.
• Perform daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
• Open/close the spa and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Resolve guest challenges promptly and inform management.
