Job summary

World Equestrian Center Ocala, FL seeks Seasonal Special Event Attendants to serve as frontline representatives during signature events, delivering hospitality and upholding brand values of Quality, Class and Distinction.

This on-site, part-time role requires welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, directing guests and maintaining clean, polished guest areas.

Training provided; prior hospitality experience preferred but not required; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experienced in hospitality or guest-facing environments preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with guest check-in, admissions, ticketing and event entry procedures.
• Provide directional assistance and general event and property information.
• Assist with queue and line management while maintaining an organized and positive guest experience.
• Support event pre-set, opening preparations, resets and event closeout as assigned.
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and organization of assigned guest-facing areas.
• Communicate guest concerns, operational issues or unusual circumstances promptly to the appropriate event supervisor.
• Follow event-specific procedures, safety requirements and instructions provided by event leadership.
