Job summary

The World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL is seeking a Lead Cashier - Outlet Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and experience in food & beverage cash handling to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, following cash handling procedures, inventory tasks, and staying informed on events and promotions within the Center. This is an on-site, full-time position with evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with cash handling procedures.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods.
• Available to work evenings and weekends with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers with purchases and other requests.
• Understand and adhere to guidelines on restricted sales items.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed.
• Implement and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Stay current on all shows, promotions, and future events within the Center and local area.
• Label, stock, and inventory.
• Maintain an awareness of inventory/stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
