Responsibilities

Monitor check-in/check-out, assist VIP guests, resolve guest inquiries and complaints.
Oversee front desk staff, manage room inventory, ensure high guest satisfaction.
Maintain records of guest interactions and transactions; audit accounts daily.
Train and brief front desk team; coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
Act as MOD in absence of department manager; support scheduling.
Ensure cash handling accuracy and adherence to policies.
Monitor PMS and other platforms; ensure daily checklists are completed.
