Job summary

The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa is seeking a Spa Lead Front Desk Agent to deliver high-standard hospitality in the Spa Reception and Retail area. You will introduce and schedule spa services, communicating with guests and staff to maximize satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires a welcoming demeanor, flexibility for busy periods, and a strong commitment to service excellence in a four-season resort environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire scheduled shift.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours during busy times, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be passionate about warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Must meet appearance standards and maintain high personal hygiene.
• Must handle stressful hotel operations with a positive, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests entering the Spa.
• Handle all billing and point-of-sale for spa services and retail.
• Maintain a sense of order and efficiency for Spa operation via proper scheduling of guest and staff appointments.
• Assist with scheduled retail inventory.
• Maintain the orderliness, cleanliness, and presentation of the Spa Reception and Retail.
• Provide personal attention and ensure a pleasant visit for each guest.
• Be the initial and complete source of information regarding everything that is available in the Spa and all procedures to ensure guest comfort.
• Attend all required department training and meetings.
• Train and support other associates
• Perform any other duties required by management.
