• Handle billing and POS for spa services and retail.
• Schedule guest and staff appointments to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with scheduled retail inventory.
• Maintain orderliness and presentation of Spa Reception and Retail.
• Provide personal attention and ensure a pleasant guest visit.
• Be the primary source of information about Spa offerings and procedures.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
• Train and support other associates.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Overview

The Spa Lead Front Desk Agent ensures a high standard of service and hospitality in the Spa Reception and Retail area. Successfully introduces and schedules Spa services and operations through direct contact, either in person or by phone/email with Resort, or local guests, members, and staff to maximize member/guest satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests coming into the Spa.
• Handle all the billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services and retail sales.
• Maintain a sense of order and efficiency for Spa operation via proper scheduling of guest and staff appointments.
• Assist with scheduled retail inventory.
• Maintain the orderliness, cleanliness, and presentation of the Spa Reception and Retail.
• Provide personal attention and ensure a pleasant visit for each guest.
• Be the initial and complete source of information regarding everything that is available in the Spa and all procedures to ensure guest comfort.
• Attend all required department training and meetings.
• Train and support other associates
• Perform any other duties required by management.
