• Greet and welcome all guests entering the Spa.
• Handle all billing and point-of-sale for spa services and retail.
• Maintain scheduling and flow of spa appointments for guests and staff.
• Assist with scheduled retail inventory.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and presentation of the Spa Reception and Retail.
• Provide personal attention and ensure a pleasant visit for each guest.
• Be the main source of information about spa offerings and procedures for guest comfort.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
