Massage Heights is hiring a Team Coordinator to manage front desk operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and support sales goals. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with members and team members.

You will oversee membership processes, training, and scheduling, collaborate with the Regional Director on staff coverage, and help ensure procedures are followed while promoting a balanced, wellness–driven culture.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required.
• Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
• Thrives in collaborative team settings.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with members, addressing concerns and retention.
• Oversee membership sales processes, including verifying invoices and agreements.
• Point of contact for all membership support needs (cancellation and freezes).
• Monitor sales performance, providing training, coaching, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with the RD to manage LC schedule and ensure front desk standards.
