Qualifications

• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and build rapport; answer inquiries.
• Process transactions and properly account for payments.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and report incidents to the manager.
• Enrol members and guests in programs and make spa/service reservations.
• Ensure security and proper access for members/guests; communicate effectively with staff.
