Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in spa, wellness, or hospitality operations.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering financial results.
• Experience with spa booking and POS systems; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spa operations, scheduling, treatment protocols, and guest experience.
• Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of therapists and front desk staff.
• Develop and manage annual spa budget, revenue targets, and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust pricing, promotions, and upselling.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance and licenses.
