Omni Louisville Hotel is seeking a Spa Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, schedule services, and handle day-to-day spa operations. You will manage POS transactions, assist with inventory, and ensure a polished, welcoming environment in the Spa Reception and Retail areas.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering warm, personalized service, be able to stand throughout shifts, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests entering the Spa.
• Handle billing and point-of-sale functions for spa services and retail.
• Schedule guest and staff appointments and maintain spa operations.
• Assist with scheduled retail inventory and maintain presentation of the Spa Reception.
• Provide information on spa offerings and procedures to guests.
