Job summary

Mandara Spa seeks a friendly Concierge to greet guests, answer phones, and provide comprehensive information and homecare services at our Hawaii location. You will support front-of-house operations, ensure excellent guest interaction, and maintain professional appearance throughout shifts.

The role requires strong phone etiquette, excellent listening skills, and the ability to operate standard office equipment. Prior POS experience, especially with Book4Time, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience answering phones in a customer oriented environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems preferred (Book4Time desirable).
• Strong phone etiquette and professional appearance.
• Excellent client care and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment (phone, fax, copier, printer).

Responsibilities

• The Concierge greets guests and ensures front-of-house information and homecare services are offered.
• Monitors and supports front desk operations to meet guest service standards.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and delivers exceptional guest experiences.
