Spa Concierge / Spa Front Desk Associate – Mandara Spa, Waikoloa, Big Island, Hawaii (Luxury Resort Environment). Starting pay $19.75 per hour plus potential to earn weekly and monthly bonuses. $1,500 Sign on Bonus Offered.

Join the internationally recognized Mandara Spa team and help create unforgettable wellness experiences for guests visiting the Kohala Coast of Hawaii. As the Spa Concierge, you are the first and last impression of the spa experience—welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage spa reservations and appointments using the spa booking system
• Answer phones and assist guests with spa services and retail products
• Provide information about spa treatments, promotions, and amenities
• Process guest check-ins, payments, and retail purchases
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and reception area
• Support therapists and spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Mandara Spa standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting guests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems (Book4Time experience a plus)
• Retail or spa experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the United States
