Job summary

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is seeking a Spa Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival through departure. You will manage spa check-in/check-out, assist with reservations, upsell spa services and retail, and maintain cleanliness across spa areas.

The role requires strong guest-service orientation, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 60 days of hire are required.

Responsibilities

• Process billing and retail transactions accurately.
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities and hours.
