Job summary

OneSpaWorld is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly welcome guests, answer phones, and coordinate front-of-house information and homecare services at Mandara Spa locations in the United States. You will contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering professional service.

The role requires at least 1 year of phone-answering experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to use basic business equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience answering phones in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with POS systems and retail a plus.
• Good typing and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and manage front-of-house flow.
