Job summary

Arch Amenities Group’s Surrey Spa is seeking a friendly Spa Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests, answer inquiries, and process transactions. You will maintain a clean, inviting reception area and support spa services and reservations as needed.

The role requires excellent communication, money-handling experience, and a professional demeanor. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience handling money.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• Strong team player.
• Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Availability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, and talk.
• Exposure to various facility-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service.
• Handle inquiries and process transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the spa area.
• Support the MOD schedule and facility operations when needed.
• Assist with reservations and service bookings.
• Manage payments and reconcile daily sales where applicable.
• Report incidents to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain inventory and update procedures and checklists.
