Job summary

Mandara Spa is seeking a Concierge to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure guests are welcomed with exceptional service in a luxury spa setting in Hawaii. The role emphasizes information delivery and homecare service options while maintaining a polished appearance.

Candidates should have strong phone etiquette, customer service background, and POS experience (Book4Time preferred). A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing environment with phone duties.
• Proficient in basic office software and typing with accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate standard business equipment (phone, fax, copier, printer).

Responsibilities
