Arch Amenities Group - Bamford Wellness Spa at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is seeking a friendly Spa Front Desk Receptionist who welcomes guests, answers inquiries, processes transactions, and helps maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will greet guests, handle payments, book spa services and personal training, assist with reservations, and support staff during shifts while upholding Arch’s standards.

Responsibilities

Maintains Arch Amenities Group Experience by upholding mission, standards, and brand.
Reports incidents or accidents to Facility Manager and completes required paperwork.
Performs daily financial reporting and reconciles sales, deposits, and receipts.
Keeps maintenance procedures and checklists current; manages inventory as needed.
Gathers knowledge of facilities and amenities to assist guests and members.
Greets guests warmly and assists with reservations, directions, and inquiries.
Ensures secure access for members and guests; supports MOD scheduling when needed.
Communicates end-of-shift information to coworkers and updates staff books.
Enrolls members/guests in programs and books spa services or personal training.
