Responsibilities

• Maintains Arch Amenities Group Experience by upholding mission, standards, and brand.
• Reports incidents or accidents to Facility Manager and completes required paperwork.
• Performs daily financial reporting and reconciles sales, deposits, and receipts.
• Keeps maintenance procedures and checklists current; manages inventory as needed.
• Gathers knowledge of facilities and amenities to assist guests and members.
• Greets guests warmly and assists with reservations, directions, and inquiries.
• Ensures secure access for members and guests; supports MOD scheduling when needed.
• Communicates end-of-shift information to coworkers and updates staff books.
• Enrolls members/guests in programs and books spa services or personal training.
